The Email Notification Service (an ORHA volunteer committee) provides a
direct route to contact those residents who choose to be informed via
email. The emails provide notices, such as but not limited to, emergency
Boil Water notices or Hurricane information, Oak Run Associates, Ltd.
(ORAL) notices like road work or gate closures and ORHA Board notices
like election information and meeting updates.
At no time will the email list be sold and no outside advertising will
be added to the emails. The email list will be used by ORHA or ORAL to
contact individuals only when necessary. No other organizations or
individuals will have access to the email list. No advertising for Oak
Run dances, events, etc. will appear in the emails. You will receive a
monthly courtesy update to test your email address.
Signing up will generate a verification email. Verification will require
clicking a link within that email. Following verification, the
subscriber will be confirmed as an Oak Run resident, using our homeowner
databases. Confirmed residents will make up the active part of the
notification list and receive emails. Residents who unsubscribe will be
automatically deleted from the list.
New residents and renters will be required to confirm their residency by
one extra step. Please be sure to respond to the additional
confirmation request email from us. If you don't reply, your information
can't be added to the list. If your provided email becomes inactive you
will no longer receive notifications. Please resubmit the form with
your new email to remain on the notification list.

folder and allow our emails. This service is NOT related to amenities or
cable billing.

the 'Submit' button once. Use this form to add, correct or remove your
Oak Run Phone Book listing. This form can be used to update Club and
Organization contact information (CCI). The online form requires you to
provide the same amount of information as the paper form. If you have
any questions, wgbalch@gmail.com.
Do not send multiple requests expecting a response from us. We contact you only if there is a problem with your request. If you do not know your Block letter or Lot number you can find them by using the Phone Book maps on pages 24 thru 48, or your closing documents, or the Marion County website, HERE.
