From this page you can send an announcement you want to put on channel 12 or an article you you want to appear in the Oak Run Newsletter directly to DECCA.  Follow the simple instructions below.  Be sure to include your name, phone number and e-mail address on any request.  The ORHA Board hopes this web page will make submission of Channel 12 and Newsletter articles easier and more convienient.

To submit an Announcement for Channel 12

Click on "CHANNEL 12" below (blue letters) and enter the necessary information.

Submit your information as follows:

1. The Name of the Organization submitting the request (for example, the New Jersey Club).
2. The name of the person submitting the request, their phone number.
3. The name of a contact person and their phone number if further information is required (if the same as the person above, use "Same").
4. The dates you want the announcement to run on Channel 12 (remember the limit is two weeks).
5. The desired announcement.  Please use all capital letters and limit your announcement to 176 characters.  Use abbreviations as much as possible.

Example: (173 characters)

THE NJ CLUB'S  XMAS PARTY 
WED. DEC.12TH AT 7 PM IN THE ORCHID CLUB
PORK AND CHICKEN DINNER BY ROYAL OAKS  
MUSIC BY CHARLIE DANIEL'S BAND  
COST $5 MEMBER - $15 GUEST 
BETH 234-5678 

6. Click send and the e-mail will be sent to Channel 12 at DECCA Cable.

To submit an Article to the Oak Run Newsletter 

Click on  "Oak Run Newsletter" below (blue letters).

All articles submitted for the Newsletter should clearly indicate either the club, organization or purpose of the article.  The articles must be NO LONGER THAN 200 WORDS.  The sender must sign the message and provide their phone number.  When your message is complete simply click on 'SEND' and the message will be e-mailed to the Oak Run Newsletter.
